Wedding Photography In Orange County

March 19th, 2012 1:00 pm

Orange County is home to the very famous theme parks, Disneyland and Knott’s berry farm, and the city of Anaheim is home to the Los Angeles Angels, formerly known as the Anaheim Angels, but there are more places that are perhaps unknown to non-residents such as The Mission in San Juan Capistrano, Casa Romántica Cultural Center & Gardens, Balboa Island Ferry, Table Rock Beach, Fullerton Arboretum, 1000 Steps Beach, San Clemente Pier, Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve and many more.

The places and attractions just mentioned can always add that special something you have been longing for to your stay or wedding. These unknown, secluded, places are perfect for artistic, yet modern and fresh engagement photos. Some wedding photographers prefer these type of scenarios for the lighting and uninhibited characteristics they emanate and that can be used to its maximum. This definitely can enhance your wedding experience since a wedding is meant to be a memorable event for the groom and bride and what better place than to spend it in sunny Southern California.

Having your wedding at a place other than your hometown is called a “destination wedding” and many couples have chosen Orange County as one of their preferred destinations for years. One of the top venues for weddings is the Casa Romántica Cultural Center & Gardens located in San Clemente; a cultural and historical place built by Ole Hansen back in 1927 and it is now open to the public for special events such as weddings, rehearsals and corporate events.

Enjoying Orange County Attractions

February 16th, 2012 1:05 pm

Orange County is a county with plenty of variety. It is a place full of things to do, see, and experience. The reason to come varies, whether it be to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach soaking up the sun, take the family to the Discovery Science Center, or spend the day on Fashion Island getting fully immersed in the latest trends of the season, Orange County has it all. Thousands of tourists flood in every year to come have fun in the sun.

Newport Beach is a huge attraction for it’s gnarly surfing, bustling boardwalks and expansive beachfront. Walking along the sand, you will find people surfing, riding beach cruisers, playing sand volleyball, having picnics and sunbathing. It is the popular getaway from the busy city of L.A. where people can relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean.

More inland, people enjoy the bounteous zoos, parks, and golf courses that dot the county from San Clemente to Fullerton. It is common to enjoy hobbies like hiking, biking, and golfing. One popular trend is to get custom fitted golf clubs at places like Orange County Golf Club Fitting for a more professional and enjoyable experience.

Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm both call the O.C. home, and between those and the huge amount of museums, it is no wonder families from all over come to be entertained.

Between its beaches, parks, museums, shopping and theme parks, Orange County really does has something for everyone!
